Customer Marketing & Operations Associate

Support customer marketing and operational execution for the West Private Retail business by translating brand/channel plans into customer-ready actions. Coordinate activation calendars, customer materials, promotional logistics, and execution trackers, while monitoring milestones, compliance needs, data inputs, and follow-up actions. Partner with KAMs, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Supply, Finance, and customer teams to keep plans on track and deliver performance updates, meeting materials, and action logs.
