Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain production equipment throughout the facility, including extruders, flexographic printing presses, and bag making machines.
  • •Perform data and root cause analysis, improve reliability/uptime, and take ownership of issues to reach resolution with OEM support.
  • •Repair and maintain highly technical equipment and electro-mechanical plant systems, including servo drives, PC-controlled systems, and drive integrations.
  • •Follow work order, purchase requisition, and parts/vendor routing procedures in CMMS; document problem details for the incoming shift.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas and ensure compliance with GMP and other prerequisite food safety programs; report malfunctions and breakdowns promptly.
