Job Summary

Repair and maintain production equipment and plant facilities throughout the Terre Haute site, including extruders, flexographic printing presses, and bag making machines. Diagnose faults using data/root-cause analysis, work with OEMs to resolve issues, and maintain records in the CMMS. Execute projects with minimal supervision, complete safety/GMP expectations, and support operator/mechanic training on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, machinist, lubrication, and hydraulics/pneumatics systems.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Repair and maintain production equipment throughout the facility, including extruders, flexographic printing presses, and bag making machines.
•Perform data and root cause analysis, improve reliability/uptime, and take ownership of issues to reach resolution with OEM support.
•Repair and maintain highly technical equipment and electro-mechanical plant systems, including servo drives, PC-controlled systems, and drive integrations.
•Follow work order, purchase requisition, and parts/vendor routing procedures in CMMS; document problem details for the incoming shift.
•Maintain safe, clean work areas and ensure compliance with GMP and other prerequisite food safety programs; report malfunctions and breakdowns promptly.
