Contribute to the Australian Engineering team by capturing end-to-end system requirements and designing architectures for Hivemind Vision and Mission Autonomy. Build and maintain MBSE models (UML/SysML/UPDM) across perception, autonomy and mission workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report status to leadership to advance integrated autonomy solutions in aerospace/defense contexts.

Key Responsibilities

•Capture end-to-end system requirements for Hivemind Vision Systems and integrated autonomy solutions.
•Support the design and development of system architectures spanning perception, autonomy, and mission-level workflows.
•Use MBSE tools to document, maintain, and extend existing architecture models supporting new integrations and customer requirements.
•Develop and maintain models using UML, SysML, and/or UPDM; create SysML models emphasizing decomposition, functional flows, interfaces, and behavior.
•Collaborate with subject-matter experts to improve tooling and connections between system models and codebases

Key Requirements

•7+ years of systems engineering or related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 5 years with a Masters; or 2 years with a PhD; or equivalent practical experience
•B.S. degree in a STEM field (e.g., Systems, Software, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
•Experience with systems engineering practices, including writing, structuring, and verifying requirements
•Experience with MBSE and system-modeling workflows
•Experience working on cross-functional technical teams
