Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations within the Lactam Value Stream, meeting Safety, Quality, and Supply objectives.
  • •Ensure team compliance with EMS/HSE requirements through monitoring, training, and guidance; drive incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Ensure all production/packaging documentation and records (BMRs/BPRs, logbooks, process records) are accurate and complete and coordinate line clearance with QA.
  • •Plan and execute daily/weekly production and packaging operations to meet schedules and campaign targets; monitor OEE, yield, downtime, and material utilization.
  • •Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, and QA for material/equipment readiness; maintain audit/validation readiness and support continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
  • •10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • •Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • •Ability to ensure manufacturing and packaging activities follow cGMP, GDP, and ALCOA++ data integrity principles.
  • •Experience leading incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
