Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations in the Lactam Value Stream to meet Safety, Quality, and Supply objectives.
  • •Ensure team adherence to EMS and HSE requirements, including monitoring, training, and incident investigations with CAPA implementation support.
  • •Ensure production and packaging activities comply with cGMP, GDP, and ALCOA++ data integrity; review BMRs/BPRs, logbooks, and process records.
  • •Coordinate line clearance, in-process checks, documentation review with QA, and manage deviations and timely closure of QMS actions.
  • •Plan and execute daily/weekly production and packaging operations to meet schedules, monitoring OEE/yield/downtime and coordinating with Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, and QA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
  • •10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • •Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • •Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and data integrity (ALCOA++).
  • •Knowledge of safety, quality, and supply processes for manufacturing and packaging operations.
