Key Responsibilities

•Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center and plan production for a full working shift.
•Manage facility performance to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
•Identify bottlenecks affecting site throughput and efficiency, conduct root cause analysis, and execute action plans with leadership and associates.
•Run weekly site performance reviews reporting results vs targets, challenges, and countermeasures.
•Guide daily site manager huddles and support Continuous Improvement projects, including implementing and training process changes.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
•Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and developing employees through competency-based feedback.
•Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis and action planning.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English; must be at least 18 years old.
•Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
