Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive industrial performance and operational excellence to improve costs, quality, and lead times.
  • •Deploy and coach Lean initiatives across teams, ensuring adoption of Lean tools and best practices.
  • •Lead major improvement projects using VSM, 5S, SMED, and TPM to optimize flows and process reliability.
  • •Accelerate digital transformation by identifying and implementing digital solutions (IoT, automation, data) to modernize operations.
  • •Structure performance management with KPIs, dynamic dashboards, and routines for real-time monitoring, while supporting change and securing gains.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree (Bac+5) in electronics, with knowledge of integrated circuit manufacturing and significant experience in a high-tech industrial environment.
  • •Experience with digital transformation and industrial tools such as IoT, cobotics, and data, including their operational value.
  • •Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing fundamentals.
  • •Experience managing industrial production.
  • •Proficiency with industrial information systems (ERP, SAP) and data/value creation, with good English skills.
