Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute corporate accounting month-end and quarter-end book close activities aligned with internal guidelines and SOX controls.
  • •Perform daily GL control checks, inter-entity/intercompany reconciliation, and GL balance substantiation with variance analysis and documentation.
  • •Prepare quarterly legal entity financial packages, notes to accounts, shareholder equity statements, and supporting audit responses.
  • •Handle intercompany eliminations and investment-equity reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and coordinating across finance, tax, and external auditors.
  • •Support ad hoc analyses, process troubleshooting, and implement process improvements to reduce risk and enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience in corporate accounting and legal entity controllership activities.
  • •Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS (preferred).
  • •Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial reporting processes.
  • •Experience with month-end/quarter-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • •MBA or master’s in finance; CA is preferred.
