Job Summary

Oversee and guide 2–3 Scrum teams for a software development effort in Hazelwood, Missouri. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach self-organization and cross-functional growth, and partner with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize backlogs for sprint delivery. Track and analyze sprint/team metrics (including eazyBI), coordinate Agile ceremonies, present stakeholder status, participate in CoP sessions, and drive continuous process improvements while partnering with the Release Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Product Owner and technical leads to define, refine, and prioritize product backlog items for sprint cycles.
•Run Scrum ceremonies for 2–3 teams, proactively eliminate barriers, and coach teams on Scrum best practices.
•Coordinate and lead Agile ceremonies, track team metrics, create tickets, and provide status reports to stakeholders.
•Review and prioritize work through the backlog, remove obstacles, solve problems to drive outcomes, and identify process improvements.
•Coach teams in self-organization, cross-functional skill development, and domain knowledge; work with the Release Train Engineer on performance metrics.
