Job Summary

Develop and maintain the integrated five-year long-range operations plan, translating volume forecasts and growth objectives into actionable operational requirements. Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, and Program Management to identify future capacity, workforce, and investment needs. Evaluate capacity scenarios and their resource, cost, and investment impacts, produce executive dashboards/KPIs, monitor strategic action plans, and support decision-making with analyses and recommendations for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the integrated long-range operations plan (five-year horizon)
•Translate volume forecasts, growth plans, and strategic objectives into operational requirements
•Collaborate on the manufacturing roadmap with Production and Continuous Improvement/CORE teams
•Partner with Procurement, HR, Finance, and Program Management to align capacity, workforce, and investment needs
•Produce executive dashboards/KPIs, monitor strategic action plans, and prepare analyses/recommendations for the executive committee
