•Embed with the Growth team to help define the roadmap, vision, and lead design work.
•Own design for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization for guided flows.
•Leverage AI to create personalized customer experiences and guide testable improvements.
•Design growth systems, experiments, and new product features by translating quantitative and qualitative insights.
•Facilitate workshops, represent the voice of the customer, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to ship seamless, delightful SMB experiences.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional design experience, including at least 4 years on Growth teams or in ecommerce and merchandising driving conversion, basket price, and adoption gains.
•Experience designing onboarding and merchandising surfaces, with comfort in iterative experimentation such as A/B testing.
•Ability to identify, conduct, and apply UX research and testing independently, with strong curiosity and problem-solving.
•Strong foundation in contemporary design patterns and best practices, with an ability to balance craft, critical thinking, and business needs.
•Experience with behavioral science is a plus, and you can connect work to broader team goals using design explorations, documentation, and presentations.
