Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusted relationships with NAMER Sales leaders and serve as a strategic advisor to support deal prioritization and total deal flow ownership.
  • •Oversee sales partnership to structure commercially sound deals by analyzing tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk within financial guardrails.
  • •Lead governance, optimization, and accuracy of complex financial models and pricing frameworks for high-value, non-standard deals requiring executive approval.
  • •Act as a Player-Coach to manage deal flow across a team of analysts and own complicated deal work.
  • •Supervise end-to-end quote-to-signature support for strategic deals, including pricing/financial analysis, order form creation, redline evaluation, Docusign execution, and opportunity closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus at least 5 years of experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations (preferably contracting, procurement, or billing). If no degree, 7+ years relevant experience.
  • •2+ years of experience directly managing a team in a relevant field.
  • •Proven ability to manage or delegate complex, bespoke financial analysis.
  • •Proven ability to manage or delegate commercial customization to execute deals with strategic customers (or willingness to learn).
  • •Excellent verbal and writing skills to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts.
