Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure HSE requirements are met and continually monitor site activity related to HSE.
  • •Assist in developing and implementing emergency response procedures and evacuation plans for safe evacuation.
  • •Provide HSE training to workers (including incident prevention and first aid) and run safety awareness programs to increase compliance.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and address/report violations with recommendations.
  • •Maintain induction and risk-assessment processes, inspect HSE equipment and site tools, conduct toolbox talks, and provide daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience and 3 years relevant working experience in an HSE role.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to be successful in the role.
