Perform diagnostic troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and maintenance for customer and company vehicles. Carry out mechanical work such as brake jobs, exhaust repairs, front-end alignments, ball joints, air conditioning service, and safety checklist inspections, including frame and undercarriage checks. Complete pre- and post-sale inspections with test drives, support shop maintenance, and mentor apprentice technicians. May also source parts, provide quotes, and assist with work orders.
