Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and guidance for planning, design, and delivery of high-voltage overhead transmission line projects up to 765kV.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules and facilitate weekly or bi-weekly project meetings to track deliverables and tasks.
  • •Coordinate project workflow and communication across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring QA/QC compliance and alignment with quality and safety standards.
  • •Lead transmission line design activities including PLS-CADD work, structure staking, foundations, assembly drawings, loading, procurement support, specifications, and estimates.
  • •Support project managers with status reports and help develop or update scope, schedule, and budget for new projects. Review out-of-scope items and support variances.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and civil design.
  • •Engineer license required.
  • •Understanding of the NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95.
  • •Strong transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation, with strong English communication skills.
