Job Summary

Drive growth of cross-border travel initiatives by defining global strategies across travel corridors and customer segments. Use market insights, customer analytics, and competitive intelligence to develop and execute value proposition plans spanning product, loyalty, offers, benefits, consulting, and marketing services. Partner with regional teams, issuers, and global client stakeholders to scale Visa Destinations, manage investment prioritization, and maintain sales enablement materials and analytics to inform strategic decisions.

•Build and drive strategies across key travel corridors, including defining target markets and travel personas.
•Strengthen cross-border travel value propositions and support execution of the corridors operating model across regions.
•Scale Visa Destinations globally by supporting current destinations and developing new destinations’ vision and value propositions.
•Activate world-class issuers and global client teams by driving partnerships and growth initiatives, including sales enablement assets.
•Leverage market, competitive, and internal data to develop hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations for strategic decisions and senior updates.

Key Requirements

•Leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering results.
