Job Summary

Planning and Performance Global Specialist in the Growth Group will own the monthly closure of people and financial KPIs, manage team budgets, and maintain data quality across dashboards. You’ll extract and analyze data to create stakeholder-focused reports, automate processes with AI tools, and develop Power BI visualizations while coordinating with finance, facilities, and people across 10+ countries to drive data-driven decision making.

•Ensure the monthly closure of financial KPIs, team budget.
•Extract and analyze data to generate customized reports that meet the needs of different audiences.
•Ensure data quality in internal dashboards by checking metrics and tables.
•Maintain reports aligned with the company\'s financial and people strategy.
•Ensure task delivery within established deadlines in the backlog.

•Experience with Power BI and Data Viz (DAX, Power Query, Power automate)
•High proficiency in English (Fluent)
•Portuguese (Fluent)
