Colleague & Labor Relations Specialist - Japanese Bilingual

Own end-to-end employment and labor relations for multiple markets by delivering fair, consistent colleague experiences. You’ll handle complex employee relations matters (performance, discipline, grievances), conduct sensitive investigations, and provide CLR guidance to CEG partners and leaders globally. You’ll also drive proactive, data-driven labor-risk trend identification, strengthen risk/control/privacy/audit practices, support organizational change, and deliver CLR training while updating policies and responding to escalations.
