Job Summary

Deliver end-to-end HR services for HP employees globally by leveraging a digital HR support model, advising HR partners on IT solutions, and guiding MADO (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and outsourcing) activities. You will ensure data privacy, compliance, and accurate HR records while driving process improvements and coaching HR teams on self-service platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support and process HR activities such as pre-hire check, new-hire onboarding, data changes, leave of absence, compensation, benefits, and termination in HR systems.
•Initiate, review, and approve daily HR system transactions to ensure policy compliance and prepare HR-related legal documents such as employment letters and contracts.
•Manage employee records (electronic files) and support audits, government surveys and reporting.
•Identify trends from data analysis and recommend process improvements.
•Educate HR generalists, people managers and employees on HR practices and tools to resolve issues via HR Systems and platforms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in relevant area; typically 2-4 years of experience
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
•Strong understanding of HR programs, policies and processes
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confidentiality
•Experience in managing HR activities and data accuracy in HR systems
