Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic advisor to leaders across EMEA Enterprise Teams, building trusted partnerships and translating business strategies into workforce and talent plans.
  • •Support organizational effectiveness and workforce planning, including capability planning, organizational redesign, and identifying succession gaps and capability needs.
  • •Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, leadership assessment discussions, and strengthen leadership pipelines and critical talent pools.
  • •Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters across EMEA jurisdictions and partner with Legal, Employee Relations, Compliance, and HR Centers of Excellence.
  • •Partner with leaders to implement enterprise initiatives and organizational change, ensuring people implications are considered in business decisions.
