Job Summary

Provide first-level technical support to end users by monitoring network and server performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of end-user computing devices. Install, configure, and maintain end-user systems; resolve issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Execute service/change requests, coordinate with vendors and carriers, and document incidents in the NTT ticketing system while improving support procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to end users across IT systems and applications.
•Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user computing devices and software.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
•Monitor and manage alerts for network and server performance, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
•Document and track support requests/incidents in the NTT ticketing system and coordinate troubleshooting with customers, vendors, and network carriers.

Key Requirements

•Diploma/degree or relevant qualification preferably in IT/Computing, or equivalent experience in IT helpdesk/customer support.
•Bilingual Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking), including advanced-to-fluent Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) or business English for native Japanese candidates.
•Flexible to work shift patterns, which may include 12-hour shifts (day/night/customized hours).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
