Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide field service to domestic customers by diagnosing and solving appliance issues in their homes.
  • •Service Miele domestic appliances to sustain product life and support sustainability commitments.
  • •Promote Miele care product, appliances, accessories, and care collection as a brand ambassador.
  • •Work independently using tools provided, while building connections with the domestic field service team.
  • •Maintain performance through development and training plans to improve skills and results in role.
