Circuit Delivery Coordinator

Manage third-party delivery resources to ensure timely, quality fulfillment of customer orders for internet, voice, and SD-WAN services. Support project managers with provisioning new orders, processing carrier requests (new services, upgrades, moves, changes, disconnects), coordinating dispatches, and prioritizing daily workload. Drive escalations when needed, keep customers and internal stakeholders updated through the delivery cycle, and accurately status large installations.
