Key Responsibilities

  • •Share civil engineering knowledge and experience to support development of competencies for projects across a portfolio of clients.
  • •Ensure projects are executed safely, on-time, to budget, and to the required standard.
  • •Support the Team Leader with business development activities and reviewing project proposal information to help win new work.
  • •Provide technical assistance and support to other business areas in line with area of expertise.
  • •Mentor and support knowledge and skills transfer within the civil team to optimize performance and employee capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience with renewable energy projects.
  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
  • •Ability to delegate responsibilities and support the Team Leader to allocate suitable resource.
  • •Ability to review documents (reports, proposals) from technical, commercial, and quality perspectives and provide feedback to authors.
  • •Capability to design, review, and comment on foundation drawings and layout drawings for renewable projects (onshore wind, solar, substations, etc.).
