Lead and coach a small team of 4–5 Account Executives in the mid-market segment, staying close to deal execution rather than relying only on reporting. Partner across Marketing, Product, and Operations to align GTM execution with field insights while managing a fully remote role with regional travel.

•Own quota attainment and pipeline health for your team’s book of business, including forecast accuracy and pacing.
•Lead and coach 4–5 Account Executives through deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and regular 1:1s.
•Stay close to deals by joining calls, helping structure terms, and stepping in to close when needed.
•Shape team execution standards by influencing outcomes even beyond deals you personally run.
•Partner with Sales leadership to drive initial ramp work, including team structure, territory design, and hiring priorities.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of experience managing or directly leading a sales team, ideally in a mid-market or SMB segment.
•Demonstrated experience staying close to deal execution, working pipeline and calls directly rather than managing only from reporting.
•Experience hiring and developing Account Executives, or clear readiness to do so.
•Comfort operating in ambiguity while reporting lines and team structure are still being defined.
•Working experience with CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
