Project Manager (m/f/d) - Data Centres

Manage major data centre construction projects in Berlin, owning overall cost, schedule, and budgets while tracking critical milestones to prevent slips. Lead client meetings and coordinate General Contractor, vendors, and consultants. Oversee mid-voltage substation work, analyze construction cost drivers, support engineering cost decisions during design-build changes, review payment requests, and document claim-relevant occurrences on the client’s behalf.
