Job Summary

Senior GTM Recruiter to join Garner Health’s talent team, responsible for full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and more. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build hiring plans, source diverse talent, manage pipelines, and report on metrics while championing equity and inclusion in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions
•Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers—building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes.
•Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.
•Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer.
•Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics—driving improvements through insights.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50 - 70 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment
•Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy
•Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of business functions
•Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
•A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
