  • •Manage department operations and prioritize production/material requirements to meet on-time delivery for customers.
  • •Execute Eaton’s Continuous Improvement Framework by ensuring standardized processes are followed and implementing countermeasures.
  • •Develop direct reports through problem solving and cross-training; assist with personnel requirements, training resources, and job bidding.
  • •Lead daily accountability and weekly department meetings; maintain inventory/order statistics and communicate warehouse/material availability metrics to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR (in lieu of degree) H.S. Diploma plus five (5) years of experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Willingness to work second shift (1:45pm–10:15pm Pacific Time).
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •No relocation; candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the Santa Ana, CA facility.
