Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform startup, commissioning, testing, and validation of HVAC and BAS/BMS.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment, control systems, field devices, networks, and software applications.
  • •Execute preventive/corrective maintenance and system upgrades, including performance analysis and recommendations.
  • •Maintain and optimize HVAC control systems and configure Honeywell BMS/BAS, including software updates and sequence adjustments.
  • •Support system integration using BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and IP-based control networks; provide customer support, training, service reports, and emergency recovery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), field service engineering, application engineering, or technical service support.
  • •Experience commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, BMS/BAS, and control platforms (including Niagara framework).
  • •Experience working directly with commercial and industrial customers and operating HVAC equipment and systems.
  • •Knowledge of DDC systems, network architecture/communication protocols, electrical troubleshooting/control panel diagnostics, energy management, and ASHRAE standards.
