Job Summary

Provide advanced field technical support for HVAC and building automation (BAS/BMS), including installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, preventive/corrective maintenance, and optimization of control systems. Work on customer sites and partner with project teams, service technicians, contractors, facility managers, and end users. Diagnose equipment, controls, networks, and software issues, perform system upgrades, and support emergency recovery while delivering clear service reports and customer training.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform startup, commissioning, testing, and validation of HVAC and BAS/BMS.
•Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment, control systems, field devices, networks, and software applications.
•Execute preventive/corrective maintenance and system upgrades, including performance analysis and recommendations.
•Maintain and optimize HVAC control systems and configure Honeywell BMS/BAS, including software updates and sequence adjustments.
•Support system integration using BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and IP-based control networks; provide customer support, training, service reports, and emergency recovery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related technical field.
•3–5 years of experience in HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), field service engineering, application engineering, or technical service support.
•Experience commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, BMS/BAS, and control platforms (including Niagara framework).
•Experience working directly with commercial and industrial customers and operating HVAC equipment and systems.
•Knowledge of DDC systems, network architecture/communication protocols, electrical troubleshooting/control panel diagnostics, energy management, and ASHRAE standards.
