Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and organize the wardrobe area for efficient, fast event operations.
  • •Assign, document, and recollect approved wardrobe items at wardrobe check-in and check-out.
  • •Work with performers during distribution and styling of costume elements, props, footwear, and accessories through rehearsals and show changes.
  • •Fit performers for costume sizing suited to body shape and size; provide feedback and recommend grooming changes.
  • •Repair, clean, prep, adjust, and maintain wardrobe items; follow an 8-point checklist to ensure look quality before deployment and complete storage/cleanup after shows.

Salary: USD 16.5 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in fashion, textiles, costuming, production arts, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in wardrobe, costuming, or styling.
  • •Practical skills in hand and machine sewing.
  • •Ability to style and recreate a look from a photo or description in a clear, defined manner.
  • •Hands-on knowledge to repair costuming, accessories, and footwear.
  • •Interpersonal and communication skills, plus knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows (experience in entertainment/theater/theme parks is a plus).
