Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope solutions by determining which business requirements should be improved and how functions integrate into solutions.
  • •Elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, and site visits, then translate them into workflows for critical software.
  • •Plan, manage, and evaluate the team’s work to ensure compliance with service level agreements and standardized IT processes across territories.
  • •Lead digital and multi-channel retailing initiatives, including enterprise project rollouts and Service Packs/Hot Fixes with minimal disruption, plus continuous improvement of MV-Microsoft Dynamics.
  • •Oversee audit and compliance activities by reviewing application/database authorizations, administering ETL with documentation and approvals, and coordinating database backup and recovery plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Computer Science or IT Engineering
  • •Microsoft Nav. Certification (or equivalent) with Business Central (On Prem/Cloud) related certifications
  • •Minimum 7+ years of experience in a mid-management role for retail applications
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Navision, Business Central On Prem/Cloud, CRM), LS-Retail, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • •Required BI experience with Power BI (or equivalent)
