Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive deployment of HSE culture and behavioral safety programs (SafeStart, Life Saving Rules, safety campaigns).
  • •Lead and coordinate safety observations, near-miss reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • •Facilitate incident investigations and Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
  • •Deliver HSE onboarding and support development of employee HSE competencies.
  • •Coach teams and managers on applying HSE standards and best practices while monitoring HSE performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
  • •Experience and passion for building a strong safety culture and driving operational excellence.
  • •Knowledge of incident investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Experience in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing environments (strong advantage).
  • •Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
