Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, direct, and implement organizational safety programs to maintain a safe, healthy, accident-free work environment.
  • •Apply OSHA-related safety requirements and the company’s IIPP to develop and execute safety policies and procedures.
  • •Develop, implement, and deliver safety and orientation training programs.
  • •Inspect facilities for hazards, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation.
  • •Maintain safety documentation (audits, inspections, PTPs, JHAs, SDSs) and participate in accident/injury investigations, supporting preparation of materials for hearings, lawsuits, and insurance cases.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in the construction industry in a similar role, with highly preferred experience in large structured cabling and/or data center construction.
  • •Experience developing and implementing safety programs, conducting hazard mitigation activities, and supporting large-scale construction projects (data center experience preferred).
  • •Ability to plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations and the company’s IIPP.
  • •Experience delivering safety and orientation training programs.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or a related field, or a BCSP certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, or OHST.
