Production Team Leader - 2nd shift, $18.00 + Shift Premium

Lead and direct production work on the Mission, TX team during the 2nd shift. You’ll enforce safety standards, maintain quality, run monthly safety discussions, and develop cross-training programs to improve flexibility. The role includes assigning tasks, supporting Lean and Kaizen continuous improvement, tracking KPIs with measurable reporting, coaching team members, and serving as a backup to the supervisor as needed.
