Job Summary

Lead the design and continuous improvement of global demand planning capabilities across Personal Health. Define best-in-class standards for systems, data, processes, and people embedded in S&OP and S&OE to improve end-to-end planning excellence. Partner with demand planners and key stakeholders across regions to raise forecast accuracy, planning maturity, and operational performance, and drive Philips’ next-gen planning transformation using Blue Yonder and AI/ML forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and improve the global Demand Planning capability framework across Personal Health, defining standards across systems, data, process, and people.
•Partner with demand planners across regions and planning stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, planning maturity, and operational performance.
•Define and govern planning policies, forecasting guardrails, best practices, training, community of practice, and change adoption to ensure planning coherence.
•Support Philips’ next generation planning transformation by improving use of Blue Yonder and AI/ML forecasting capabilities.
•Govern and enable planning processes by defining policies and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Econometrics, Business Analytics or equivalent.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, Integrated Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
•Experience with advanced planning platforms (Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, O9, OMP, Kinaxis or similar), including statistical forecasting and AI/ML-driven forecasting.
•Proven ability to design, standardize, and deploy planning processes across regions or business units.
•Experience defining governance, KPIs, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes.
