Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Technical Program Management for GPN Technology by driving architectural alignment, technical strategy, and execution of objectives and key results.
  • •Improve scalability and system resilience across the GPN engineering lifecycle by managing complex technical dependencies and cross-functional roadmaps.
  • •Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Manage and grow a team of TPMs, strengthening the TPM practice and delivery fundamentals (execution, follow-through, accountability, results).
  • •Collaborate across product, engineering, design, and data science to simplify complexity and secure commitments that unblock teams and land business impact.

Salary: USD 209,500 - 239,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
  • •Strong technical background to identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Ability to simplify technically complex problems and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science partners.
  • •Experience as a TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs while building foundations for the TPM practice.
