Area Operations Manager- Alumina Refinery

Lead operations and maintenance at the Pinjarra Refinery, reporting to the Pinjarra Production Manager. Own safety, environmental compliance, and high-level risk management while driving production, efficiency, and cost targets. Manage equipment maintenance and reliability, oversee quality and production parameters, and lead production/maintenance teams. Also manage budgets and capex, and develop talent through performance reviews, succession planning, and recruitment.
