Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards/processes
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; support operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
