Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology or biochemistry (or closely related) with 4–6 years of assay development experience in the life science industry.
  • •Master’s degree in molecular biology or biochemistry (or closely related) with 2+ years of industry experience.
  • •Expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and DNA/RNA molecular biology, including extraction, library preparation, hybrid capture, qPCR, and multiplex PCR.
  • •Proficiency in basic data and statistical analysis using tools such as R, JMP, or Excel.
  • •Experience designing experiments with independent scientific judgment and troubleshooting laboratory processes and protocols.
