Design and execute laboratory experiments to build scalable NGS-based assays for oncology genomic testing. Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology or biochemistry (or closely related) with 4–6 years of assay development experience in the life science industry.
•Master’s degree in molecular biology or biochemistry (or closely related) with 2+ years of industry experience.
•Expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and DNA/RNA molecular biology, including extraction, library preparation, hybrid capture, qPCR, and multiplex PCR.
•Proficiency in basic data and statistical analysis using tools such as R, JMP, or Excel.
•Experience designing experiments with independent scientific judgment and troubleshooting laboratory processes and protocols.
