Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair heavy rental and customer-owned equipment and aerial lifts at a Richmond, VA facility, using work-order technology to track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues. You’ll perform complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel repairs with independent judgment, keep accurate electronic documentation, and assist training for lower-level technicians when needed. Optional on-call scheduling and overtime apply, with year-round OEM training and access to diagnostic tools.
