Service Concierge - Houston, TX

Serve as the first point of contact for service center clients, delivering a world-class customer experience through greeting customers, answering phones, directing inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Manage open service tasks, due bills, follow-ups, loaner agreements, and Lyft coordination. Create work order pre-writes, support vehicle check-in with intake forms and photos, and report facility repair/maintenance requests via Service Channel while handling valet duties as needed.
