Key Responsibilities

  • •Create the overall project plan covering resources, costs, and timeline.
  • •Set the execution schedule, monitor progress, and plan human, material, and financial resources.
  • •Coordinate all on-site activities and ensure work compliance with technical design and standards.
  • •Manage project budget, analyze cost deviations, and review/approve work statements.
  • •Interpret and implement contractual provisions (e.g., FIDIC), manage claims/variations/notifications, and ensure quality, SSM, and environmental procedures including reporting and project close-out.

  • •Higher technical studies (Civil Constructions / Installations / Architecture).
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience executing construction projects.

  • •FIDIC knowledge and additional PM certifications (PMI, PMP, Project Management) are an advantage.
