•Serve as a real-time contact for customers and third-party providers to address queries, urgent requests, and logistics issues.
•Support central teams in managing and resolving logistics-related incidents with minimal impact on service levels.
•Track on-time delivery, transport quality, and customer satisfaction metrics; identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize costs.

•Knowledge of logistics execution and order processing, with comfort handling urgent requests.
•Knowledge of CHEP and systems/tools including SAP and Excel; AI and BlueYonder knowledge is a plus.
•Ability to work in an office environment with frequent customer and provider contacts (emails/calls).
