Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, crop nutrient products, seed, and related application procedures.
  • •Perform agronomy/seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and follow record keeping processes.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment such as legs, conveyors, towers, vehicles, sprayers, floaters, and trucks.
  • •Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed while working in a compliant environmental and safety environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or other agriculture-related degree program.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • •CDL license and forklift certification are preferred.
