Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and technical direction on WSP Land projects.
  • •Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement to identify land identification, securing land rights and land acquisition through negotiation or statutory powers.
  • •Oversee delivery of projects, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
  • •Lead business development for WSP Land in Energy, Water and Rail sectors, targeting new projects and client expansions.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Engagement, Environmental and Planning to identify growth opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
