Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage.
  • •Document incoming and outgoing equipment.
  • •Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
  • •Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment while maintaining safe yard operations.
  • •Maintain equipment inventory systems and keep the yard/shop cleanup aligned with company standards, supporting the General Manager as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and must be at least 18 years old to work in the yard.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Safety training required, PPE required when applicable, and pass a 10-panel drug screen for employment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (stand, sit, bend, stoop) while working outdoors in extreme temperatures.
  • •Occasional equipment handling and readiness for routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning.
