Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and implement novel query optimization, transaction management, or distributed data processing algorithms in the Core Mining Engine.
  • •Analyze and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks across the system, from execution planning to efficient resource management and parallel vectorized execution.
  • •Design and implement critical high-performance systems to handle increasing request rates on the database.
  • •Evangelize database usage and end-to-end architecture best practices, and provide feedback on peers’ designs and code.
  • •Set priorities and deliverables for individual projects; write clean, testable code and document development procedures and knowledge.
