Build and drive the transformation of indirect purchasing for multiple legal entities in France. •Coordinate indirect purchasing across multiple legal entities and represent it nationally.
•Define and deploy the indirect purchasing transformation roadmap, including processes, governance, and performance indicators.
•Identify and lead optimization projects to improve performance, generate savings, and strengthen operational efficiency.
•Support change and engage teams around a continuous improvement culture.
•Develop sourcing strategies aligned with group growth and sustainability goals and build partnerships with key suppliers.

•Excellent communication skills in an international setting.
•Strong understanding of supply chain, quality, and supplier performance, with a hands-on, agile approach.
