Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver one-on-one coaching, observation, and development support to improve clinical and commercial performance.
  • •Identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans, including workshops, virtual learning sessions, and on-the-job training.
  • •Provide product education and coaching on emerging hearing technologies, strengthening assessment, recommendations, fitting, and verification practices.
  • •Support onboarding and induction across the region, helping new clinicians build confidence and capability quickly.
  • •Mentor provisional NZAS members and support clinicians preparing for OSCE examinations and NZAS membership as a supervisor or co-supervisor when applicable.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Full membership with the New Zealand Audiological Society (NZAS).
  • •Significant experience within the private hearing healthcare sector.
  • •Proven success coaching and developing clinicians.
  • •Experience designing and delivering engaging learning programmes.
  • •Ability to travel regularly throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays.
