Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Honeywell gas detection systems and related equipment.
  • •Perform advanced diagnostics on hardware, software, networking, and field devices to resolve complex customer issues.
  • •Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Provide direct technical support to internal and external customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • •Serve as liaison between Field Service, Technical Support, and Engineering for advanced issue resolution, and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, calibrations, and lifecycle service activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in Electronics/Engineering Technology/Instrumentation/HVAC/Fire Alarm Systems or related field; OR 3–5 years of equivalent hands-on field service experience; OR military technical training plus 3–5 years field service experience.
  • •3+ years of field service experience supporting industrial automation, gas detection, instrumentation, HVAC controls, fire alarm systems, or related industrial equipment.
  • •Strong troubleshooting experience with electrical, electronic, hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, service tracking, and communication.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
