•Underwrite and analyze new loan originations, renewals, modifications, and annual reviews.
•Monitor loan performance, borrower financials, and market conditions to assess portfolio health and maintain risk ratings.
•Partner with Relationship Managers and Credit teams to structure deals and protect the bank’s interests.
•Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations.
•Mentor junior portfolio managers and represent the bank at community and industry events.

Salary: USD 83,580 - 143,280 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or Credit Approval.
•4+ years of experience handling complex credit relationships.
•Access to reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive yourself by start date.
•Preferred: 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
